Buying a home can be stressful. Buying one while you’re moving to a new state and starting a new job is a whole other thing entirely.

My clients Lindsey & Brian welcomed the New Year in their new house. So how did we find an incredible home (in this market!) that made the move worth it?

Let me break it down for you:

Clarity: We got very clear on the type of lifestyle they wanted, their commute and, of course, budget. With that, I was able to educate and empower them on neighborhood/communities that were the best fit so they could focus their search only in the areas that met their needs. Otherwise, we would have been 🚗 all over the PNW chasing every new listing that came on the market.

Instead, we knew exactly what we were looking for and why it was important to them (key to being confident instead of overwhelmed).

Offer Strategy: We talked at length about the market trends and how to make competitive offers (while also protecting themselves).

I prepared them to make a few offers before theirs was accepted but they won the first home they offered on. 🙏🏻

Leg Work: My Clients we’re extremely busy with moving and starting new jobs so their time was extremely limited. We were constantly on FaceTime to discuss various homes, used videwalkthroughshs (shot and narrated by yours truly 😂) reviewed endless neighborhood details and I put lots of miles in the car (and Starbucks in my hand) driving back and forth between various neighborhood types and communities to find the perfect one for them.

Funny enough, I have quite a few clients that are coming from the Las Vegas area to Washington state and I love working with out of town buyers.

If you are moving to the area or know someone who is and want to get a sense of what it looks like to buy a home here, I’d love to connect with you to see how I can support.
