I’m Kaylynn Kelley. Founder.
Former agency exec, forever guide for real-life transitions.
When I stepped into real estate, I expected to find modern systems and thoughtful strategy. Instead, I found outdated business models, a culture that rushed people through deeply personal decisions, and brokerages that pushed volume over vision.
Still, I tried to make it work. I switched firms. I followed the formulas. I quieted the part of me that saw a better way.
But some of us just aren’t meant to fit in.
Bellwether was born from that knowing.
It began as a softer, more strategic way to guide people through buying and selling a home. But it’s grown into something bigger: a brand, a creative studio, and a space to hold people in all types of life transitions and transformations.
A place for the ones navigating change, craving clarity, and wanting more than just a transaction.
My gift has always been helping people see what’s next and giving them the courage, strategy, and space to step into it.
This is that space.
I spent years in the agency world, leading teams, shaping strategy, and walking clients through high-stakes moments. It taught me how to zoom out, tune in, and lead with clarity. But eventually, I knew I wanted to build something of my own. Something grounded in real life and
real moments.
