Here’s how it works:

• • This trip will go to the person who sends me the most referrals from now until noon on December 1st, 2021. The winner will be announced via social media no later than December 15th 2021.

  • A referral from you means that you’ve introduced me to someone who is legitimately* interested in buying or selling with me in the Greater Seattle Area. My intention is to thank you for your kind act of thinking of me, not for the results, so this isn’t based on the close of the transaction, just the introduction.

    • • When making the introduction, please send a text or email connecting me with the person you are referring, so I can give you the necessary credit for the introduction & introduce myself properly to the person you’re referring.

• Budget is not a consideration: A $250,000 condo is the same as a $1,000,000 home. Each of those count as one referral.

• The trip must be used in the following calendar year, 2022.

• Lodging for up to 5 nights at a location of your choice, not to exceed $600 per night.

• You don’t have to be a past client of mine. Whether you’re a friend, neighbor, acquaintance, or someone who just sort of knows me via instagram, EVERYONE is eligible for this prize! You also don’t have to live in the Seattle area — you can refer me from Wenatchee, Oregon or Ireland!
